The Tyre Retread Process

This is the second phase after inspection and selection of tyres to be retreaded. Here, certain portions of the tyre are cut or taken out to remove unwanted elements and enhance the flexibility of the tread.

This way, the mechanic removes any block of tread that may have formed on the tyres which provide a coating over the part between the rubber and the tread’s grooves. This process is executed by computerized machines operated by our highly professional mechanics. 

Repairing 

This phase involves establishing the real cause of damage to the tyres and repairing the damage once and for all. Developing 

Here, materials are put into the casing via computerized equipments to enhance the tyre’s natural properties.

Curing

Final inspection 

This is the final step that involves finding out if the tyre is set to hit the road. This step features several inspections carried out to ensure the tyre has no imperfections whatsoever. Here, the tyre is taken through two tests i.e. the tactile and visual inspection and inflation tests. After all these tests are completed, the tyre is taken through a Shearography which removes any traces of errors that could be identified.
